We Started with a Hackathon. Now We’re Building Something Bigger.
This project started as a student-led team at a UT Austin hackathon.
We were experimenting with AI tools — trying to automate real-world tasks like rewriting resumes, generating strategic content, and chaining model outputs. Different goals, different apps — but the same pattern kept showing up. Behind the scenes, we were doing the same work over and over again: selecting models, setting up personas, attaching context, writing prompts, and managing logic between steps.
The process wasn’t hard because the tasks were complex. It was hard because the infrastructure was missing.
That’s when the idea took shape: what if we built a framework that made it easy to create reusable, composable AI workflows — and then made those workflows easy to share and deploy?
Since then, the project has evolved into a focused open-source effort. We’re building a system with three key components:
• Agents — a model plus persona and knowledge base
• Methods — reusable, high-quality prompts for tasks
• Flows — logic that connects agents into working solutions
The goal is to make it easy for anyone to create and contribute AI-based tools — and for those tools to be actually usable by people in the real world.
We’re still early. But the foundation is coming together. And now we’re looking for contributors.
If you’re someone who:
• Likes building useful things
• Wants to improve how we develop and deploy AI
• Believes in making AI more accessible and reusable
